Refunds and Exchanges
We ensure that all goods are of the highest quality, however in the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 business Days from receipt via email@example.com. We will be happy to provide an exchange (if there is a replacement item available).
Alternatively, a full refund or store credit is available once the item has been returned to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the original condition you received them in. We do ask that items are returned to us within 14 business days of initial purchase and in the same condition as received to comply with our returns policy.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 business days from delivery so that we can resolve any problems. Subject to availability, we will happily exchange items or provide a store credit for items returned to us within 7 business days of receipt. If an exchange is agreed upon by Little Gents Store, standard postage fees will apply and remain the buyer’s responsibility.
We do require the items to be in their original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. A proof of purchase is also to be provided on request.
We do not offer a refund unless in the unlikely event of a faulty/damaged product or inaccurate store inventory online (please refer to the above faulty/damaged section). All items are checked thoroughly prior to packaging and sending with care. Please note, we do not refund for change of mind.
Under no circumstances will a replacement items be issued, without receiving the ordered item first.
Which items can be refunded/exchanged?
No exchanges, credit note or refunds are offered on sale items, discounted items, items purchased using a promo code/store voucher or for international customers.
Baby beanies are also void of refund due to health reasons.
Furthermore, we are unable to provide a refund for change of mind, a credit note or exchange will be available in this case.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply with our returns policy. Any items we have refused will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged to you.
Please note, that any payments refunded through Afterpay will incur a 6% fee, and zipPay will incur a 4% fee.
Can I return sale items or items purchased with a Promo Code?
All items purchased on sale are unable to be exchanged or returned (including change of mind, sizing and fit, colour), subject to Australian Consumer Law
Items purchased with a promo code may be returned for a store credit.
All promo codes will expire after 6mth period from issue date.
I have sent the item through, did you get it?
We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non traceable postage methods or are not received by us. If we do not receive the returned items, we cannot issue an exchange, grant a store credit or provide a refund. We strongly suggest you send your returned items using a traceable postage method.
Store Credit/Discount Code
All store credit promo codes will expire after 3mth period from issue date.
Any orders with expired discount codes will not be fulfilled and cancelled
