Postage Costs

Standard delivery within Australia is charged a flat rate of $7.99 (tracking inclusive)
Express delivery within Australia is changed a flat rate of $12.95 (tracking inclusive)
Free Postage for all Australia-wide orders over $75.00

Little Gents Store uses Australia Post as our mail carrier.

Express Shipping

Express shipping within Australia only is available at a flat rate of $12.95.
Express Post orders must be placed by 2pm  to be sent out the same day.

International Shipping

Little Gents Store will ship internationally (to selected countries).

New Zealand rate of $15 flat fee
Free International Shipping on orders over $100


All other countries have a flat fee rate of $20 per order [inclusive of tracking].

FAQ

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are generally dispatched within 24-48hrs of placing your order
Standard shipping within Australia takes 1-7 working days. However, delivery times may be subject to stock availability and Seasonal holidays periods.
Standard international shipping takes 3-12 working days.

Will I be provided with tracking?
All processed orders will be issued with tracking details via email. Please check your junk folder if you have not received an email from us within 48hrs. 

What if I supplied the wrong address?
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping/delivery details for each order. In the case that the wrong address has been provided, Little Gents Store cannot provide reimbursement for the sent package. 

Damaged or loss of goods
Tracking details will be provided for all orders placed and processed, at which point your order is deemed to be fulfilled. If however, if a package is misplaced or a product arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to liaise directly with Australia Post. No refunds or replacements will be provided for missing or damaged products. 
Little Gents Store takes no responsibility for the loss or damaged of goods supplied via shipping agents.
